Every Sunday, I invite you to this beautiful journey deep into you Body and Mind. Yin is a passive yoga form, focusing on relaxing and stretching your muscles and strengthening your joints. We stay in each posture 3-7 minutes as we work on calming the mind and releasing stress from your system.
This class is suitable both for beginner and for advanced yogis as you are offered various modifications for each pose. Warm welcome!
